Solar electricity generated in nature

We pay particular attention to ensuring our ground-based solar power plants are integrated into the existing landscape. We even carry out a location analysis in terms of the integration into the natural environment when choosing the areas.

Solar power plants create living space in the midst of a cultural landscape shaped by intensive agriculture.

Bordered by thick hedges, the solar power plants disappear so that they are almost unrecognizable to the human eye. A colorful mix of areas of natural grass and meadows surrounding the systems and under the solar modules completes this picture.

Nature and Energy – in harmony

Thick hedges and planting around the solar power plants mean they are almost invisible to people. 99% of the natural landscape still exists even after the solar power plants have been constructed.

This means there is a valuable and undisturbed living space for the animal and plant life. Especially rare wild herbs, insects and birds can complete their development cycle here. Plants can bloom and disperse their seeds and animals can raise their offspring.

The preservation of biodiversity is encouraged in the otherwise empty and intensively managed agricultural landscape.
