Top-Rating for solar fund of Commerz Real AG
[Translate to Englisch:] Top-Rating für Solarfonds der Commerz Real AG

Kolitzheim, 12 October 2009: Scope Analysis, one of the leading analysis institutes in Germany evaluated the solar fund CFB 174 of Commerz Real AG with a top investment rating. The solar fund encompasses four ground-based solar power plants in Bavaria and Saxony Anhalt set up by Beck Energy GmbH.

"The top rating is a proof of the high efficiency of our solar power plants," says Martin Zembsch, manager of Beck Energy GmbH. Scope analysis graded the solar fund with an A - as the best fund out of 13 closed funds tested in the energy sector. According to the analysts CFB 174 opens up the opportunity to enter into the profitable future market of photovoltaics even without having suitable fields. Shares are possible from a sum of €10,000. The entry rules in the German Law on Renewable Energy give the solar fund a high level of security and guarantee current collection over the next 20 years.

For Commerz Real AG apart from the sunny locations of the four solar power plants in Grosshasslach, Höttingen, Repperndorf and Jessen, having Beck Energy GmbH as a building partner is also an important plus point of the solar fund CFB 174. "The competence and experience of partners are significant success factors for your investment," according to an information brochure about CFB 174. The high quality of the components used and the qualified construction performance achieve possible payouts in the area of 7.5 to 36%.

Together with their partners S&F Umwelttechnik and Blitzstrom, Beck Energy GmbH have produced more than 2000 solar installations in the last few years with a total capacity of more than 150 MWp. More than 42,000 four person households could be provided with energy using the solar energy produced by the photovoltaic installations every year.

Investment in the solar fund CFB 174 is therefore not only an attractive investment opportunity. In this way investors are also making a contribution to climate protection. "The solar fund offers the opportunity to successfully invest in regenerative energies," says Martin Zembsch. "Even without your own land and with little equity investors can produce solar energy and benefit from it."
